Molina Bear

without comments

Is it just me or does it seem like the Yankees hit most of their homeruns with nobody on base?

Most of homeruns the Yankees always seem to hit are of the solo variety. Not that I have any complaints about the Yankees offense, but it would be nice to see them hit more of their homers with a couple man on base. The thing I noticed about them last year is that they had only 1 grand slam going into September last year and it was by Jose Molina. That was surprising to me given their hitters. So do you think the Yankees don't hit as many homeruns with men on base because they are not crushing the pitches they should or is it just because team seem to really bear down and make perfect pitches?

This is true of all teams.
