Take Along
Can we take the auto train from Florida to Bangor, Maine and also take along our car?
We live in the Davenport area of Florida and we need to travel to Maine later this summer. Can we take the auto train? How long is the ride and what is the approximate cost of the ride plus accommodations?
The Auto Train has only one route: Lorton, Virginia (which is just south of Washington, DC) to Sanford, Florida (which is just north of Orlando). You could take the Auto Train, but you'd still have a good amount of driving to do.
