Washcloth Pattern
I want to make an easy emo / goth doll, help?
I want to do an emo / goth doll but do not know where to start. I thought as something like Ragdoll, but how do I do that? Should I use a washcloth? Or small pieces of fabric I? (I could sew them together and make a doll-like patchwork). And how do I make a dress and hair on it? Do you have any suggestions or models? I really want an emo doll ... Thank you!
Quick Note: goth emo and are not the same thing. On the road that it would be easier to make a doll hard as a sweet, taking and using a Barbie markers to change the composition. To make a rag doll ... the best thing I can think of is to work and cut two pieces of cloth doll-shaped type, fill with a flexible material (I used dryer lint [not a good idea, it is highly flammable] and added a stone shaped I had heart, just for fun) and then sew the pieces together. You can embroider, draw or paint on a face. If you wanted, you could even sewing thread on the hair. Alternatively, you can take an outfit of Barbie, to modify it to make it darker, sewing pant legs and armholes, and attach the sleeve and pants. You would then stuff stuffing through the hole in the neck before sewing too. Uh ... I suppose you have one or the other without foot, two hands, headless doll or find a way to add these things. I hope I have helped my work and ideas. I usually test all trades before recommending them, but I have no time for it. Sorry!
